Our full-service coordination and rehearsal dinner package is designed to create not only a memorable wedding day, but an entire weekend experience for our client and their guests. Two families coming together to plan two events for the price of one, our designers will work with you to both design and execute an unforgettable series of events. From venue selection, overall reception design, and managing all of the little details, we pride ourselves in our ability to get to know our client’s vision and bring it to life all the way through. Our clients are our friends, and this package allows us to make your dream a reality through a million different special moments. 

Partial Planning Coordination

Our partial planning coordination is ultimately our design package. Partial planning is for those who have started the planning process, but need help putting the pieces together with design, logistics and vendor selections. We join you in intentional decision making with all of your vendors to be sure your overall vision is coming to life in the best way possible. After creating a day of timeline and processional to ensure things run smoothly, we will be there day of to manage the event and join you in celebration after many months of planning.

Full-Service Coordination and Design

The full-service coordination and design package is our ultimate planning package. Our in-house designers first meet with you to become acquainted with your style and grand vision for the big day. From there, we work hand in hand with the carefully selected vendor team to bring the vision to life including but not limited to venue selections, invitation designs, design boards, and every detail in between. We handle the creative direction and logistics for every element of your event. We will create a detailed day-of timeline, processional, and manage your wedding day from start to finish. Our team will ensure you get to enjoy all of the fun in the planning process, while we execute every moment you dreamed of.

Month of Coordination 

If you are a bride who has spent a lot of time planning your special day but needs some assistance on your wedding day, this is the package for you. One month leading up to your event we will meet and make sure every detail is in place. The day of your event, a planner will manage setup, breakdown, and work with vendors to make sure everything runs smoothly.
